I have spent much of my career working with women who are pregnant and those who are transitioning to life as a parent, including helping people:

  • adjust to being new parents,

  • treating antenatal and postnatal depression + anxiety disorders,

  • treating anxiety about birth and post-traumatic stress disorder following a difficult birth,

  • counseling following pregnancy losses and monitoring of emotional well-being in subsequent pregnancies,

  • helping parents build a secure relationship with their child and

  • counseling with couples about the impact of entry to parenthood.
